Katie is an instructor at a local non profit studio called The Herc. She teaches art and dance through the lens of hip hop. Through The Herc, she is able to teach at many schools throughout the Salt Lake area as well as universities including BYU, Weber State, and Westminster. Aside from teaching, she currently dances for the Utah Jazz Break Team. This past year she has been able to compete for Redbull at a city, regional, and national level.
