AMANDA ・ 2025 CONTEMPORARY
Amanda Colangelo is a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer based in Salt Lake City, UT. She received her BFA in dance from The Ohio State University in 2019. Amanda is currently a company artist with SALT Contemporary Dance. She has performed as a guest collaborator with LED Boise and Brolly Arts (SLC). In recent years, she has had the privilege of performing works by Ohad Naharin, Peter Chu, Ihsan Rustem, Omar Román de Jesús, Lauren Edson, and others. In addition to her work as a performing artist, Amanda is the Artistic Director of SALT2, the sister company of SALT Contemporary Dance, and the Conservatory Ballet Director at Utah Dance Artists. She is deeply grateful to continue sharing her love of movement on stages in Utah and beyond.
